Based in the heart of the Highlands in the newly founded Cairngorm National Park which boasts arguably the most diverse and emotive scenery anywhere in Britain, we have over the last 6 years undergone a structured expansion which has enabled us to build up a small portfolio of traditional homes which encompass the demands of modern living.

We at AMC pride ourselves on looking at the overall picture. Not just building a house, but integrating the house into its surroundings and using the subtle landscaping to achieve a timeless feel before moving in to your new property.

A great example of this is the much admired and respected Croftside Development in Aviemore which with its blend of different house types, discrete dry stone dykes and landscaping has become a symbol of the quality and sustainability that AMC incorporate into our projects.

On a smaller scale the 4 house development at “Birchfield“ Nethybridge gives a traditional and rural feel at the entrance to the village. Large front and rear gardens coupled with indigenous planting and dykes complete the package.
