This Weberhaus design has impressed all those who have visited the site over the 16 week build programme. Be it designers, installers or those looking to build something different, all have commented on the quality of the product and the relatively short completion time. This build ticks all the boxes as far as sustainability and eco friendliness are concerned. The property is highly insulated and surpasses the air-tightness and heat-loss guidelines laid down in the new building regulations which are proving difficult for some organisations to achieve. The house benefits from an outdoor air sourced heat pump, which is responsible for both heating and ventilation.

Our own new offices were completed in 2008 and we are very pleased with the end result. The new first floor has added scale to the existing property, and the use of Scottish larch and local granite has transformed the visual impact of this prominant site in the heart of Aviemore.

Completed in 2008 for Albyn Housing Society this project in Fort Augustus was completed using mainly Scottish timber from FSA accredited sources. This was an interesting project to work on as the use of Scottish timber for the majority of the structure is unusual. However, our suppliers worked with us to deliver quality home-grown materials that have produced an excellent finished product.

This 8 property development was completed in early 2007 for Albyn Housing Association. It is identifiable mainly for its prominent style of cladding to the front elevations of the properties. Wet dash harling & slate on the roofs complete the traditional feel to the development.

In the centre of Aviemore a 2 storey commercial development was completed for a local client in 2006. This featured Retail/Commercial space on the ground floor & office space on the first floor.

The 3 main styles of house, were the Aspen, the Sycamore & the Hawthorn. The versatility & modern style of living these house types encompass have made them an integral part of the range we offer.

This small but prominent 4 house development at the entrance to the village featured 4 individual house designs including the Aspen.

Completed in 2004 the main attributes of this development were its traditional One & 1/2 storey & Two storey designs, large front & back gardens coupled with well thought out landscaping.

Completed in 2003 this 13 house individually styled development has since its completion gained national recognition for its traditional mix of house types coupled with its use of home grown timber and subtle landscaping. Croftside was the first development to feature the Aspen and Juniper designs.

Developments both in Boat of Garten and Newtonmore. These houses were closely modelled on the Aspen and in Newtonmore featured a sun porch which added to the open plan feel of the properties
