Hilditch Terrace Carrbridge

This 8 property development was completed in early 2007 for Albyn Housing Association. It is identifiable mainly for its prominent style of cladding to the front elevations of the properties. Wet dash harling & slate on the roofs complete the traditional feel to the development.

Rathven

Last year in the centre of Aviemore a 2 storey commercial development was completed for a local client. This featured Retail/Commercial space on the ground floor & office space on the first floor.


Allt Mor - 33 House development
Allt Mor

Completed in 2006 this 33 house development proved popular with buyers featuring a range of traditional style housing coupled with open plan gardens & traditional landscaping.

Allt Mor]The 3 main styles of house, were the Aspen, the Sycamore & the Hawthorn. The versatility & modern style of living these house types encompass have made them an integral part of the range we offer.

 


Birchfield Nethybridge

Birchfield NethybridgeThis small but prominent 4 house development at the entrance to the village featured 4 individual house designs including the Aspen.

Completed in 2004 the main attributes of this development were its traditional One & 1/2 storey & Two storey designs, large front & back gardens coupled with well thought out landscaping.


Croftside

Completed in 2003 this 13 house individually styled development has since its completion gained national recognition for its traditional mix of house types coupled with its use of home grown timber and subtle landscaping. Croftside was the first development to feature the Aspen and Juniper designs.


Other Projects include:

Boat of GartenDevelopments both in Boat of Garten and Newtonmore. These houses were closely modelled on the Aspen and in Newtonmore featured a sun porch which added to the open plan feel of the properties
